K360 ERP ("K360", "we", "us", or "our") provides a business management platform covering customer management, supplier management, purchasing, sales & POS, invoicing, credit notes, inventory control and staff attendance tracking (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you or your organization use the Service or visit k360.iandunetworks.com.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information: name, work email, phone number, company name and billing details.
Business data you upload or enter into K360, such as customer, supplier, inventory, invoicing and attendance records.

We retain account and business data for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, data is retained for a limited period to allow for reactivation, backups and legal/compliance requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention schedule.

K360 uses industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit trails to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique credentials and enable any available multi-factor authentication.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If your organization is the data controller for information processed through K360, please contact your organization's administrator directly.
